1. RBI Banking Compliance: All payments shall strictly be routed through the registered banking account of the pilgrims or their immediate relative only, in full accordance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) foreign remittance rules. Account details must be informed in writing by the pilgrim to the company.
2. Full Payment Schedule: Full package cost must be settled prior to visa stamping submission with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. In case of delayed payment, the company reserves the liberty to re-allot the seat to waitlisted pilgrims.
3. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation requested after the stamping of the official Haj/Umrah visa shall carry no refund. In case of death or extreme medical emergencies occurring more than 1 month before departure, transfer of booking to a replacement passenger may be facilitated subject to ministry approval and re-issue fees.
4. Exchange Rate Clause: All tour costs are based on an official benchmark exchange rate of 1 SAR = INR 25.50. Any variation until flight departure shall be payable by the pilgrim.
