Terms & Conditions:
- The issuance of Hajj visa will be the sole prerogative of the Royal Saudi Embassy.
- The company shall not be held responsible for refusal of Hajj visa.
- All rules and regulations announced by both the Government of India and Saudi Arabia shall be followed.
- All pilgrims shall attend the compulsory orientation programme/training camp conducted by the company.
- Medical and health requirements shall be as per HCOI guidelines.
- Any pilgrim having chronic diseases must inform in writing with a medical fitness certificate to the company for verification and acceptance.
- The airline details, hotel details, and Moallim details are tentative.
- Quoted price assumes 1 SAR = 22.50 INR. Any fluctuations may be adjusted as per the price difference.
Payment Policy:
- Booking amount: 25,000 INR (non-refundable)
- Full payment: to be made 30 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of booking will attract the following cancellation charges:
- 30 days before: 25,000 INR
- 29 - 15 days before: 50% of the package price
- 14 - 7 days before: 75% of the package price
- Less than 7 days before: 100% of the package price
Child Policy:
- Children under 2 years: Free (no seat)
- Children aged 2 to 11 years: 50% of package price (on sharing basis)
- Children above 11 years: Full package price.
